HVAC Maintenance Plans & Tune-Ups
Fewer breakdowns, lower energy bills, longer system life
Call (540) 448-7780What is included in an Integrity HVAC maintenance plan?
Every Integrity Air Solutions plan checks and changes filters, checks the indoor and outdoor coils, and checks amp draw, voltage and refrigerant. The Essential plan adds a coil cleaning with water and the Elite plan a coil cleaning with chemical. Plans cover spring and fall tune-ups for homes in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.
Why Maintain Your System?
Regular maintenance helps you avoid unexpected breakdowns, lowers energy costs, and extends the life of your system. Spring and fall tune-ups catch worn parts before the hottest and coldest weeks of the year.
What We Check
- Filters checked and changed
- Indoor and outdoor coils checked
- Amp draw and voltage checked
- Refrigerant checked
- Coil cleaning with water (Essential) or chemical (Elite)
Fall Heating Maintenance
Fall maintenance covers gas furnaces, boilers and heat pumps. Ask about adding dryer vent cleaning to your maintenance visit.
More in why a fall furnace tune-up matters.
Signs Your System Is Due
- Energy bills creeping up with no change in how you use the house
- Rooms that never quite reach the thermostat setting
- The system turning on and off in short bursts
- New noises: rattles, squeals or a loud click at start-up
- Ice on the outdoor unit or the refrigerant lines in summer
Any of these is worth a call before it turns into a no-heat or no-cool emergency. See heating repair if the house has already stopped warming up.
Between Visits: What You Can Do
Check the filter every month and change it when it looks gray, usually every one to three months, and more often with pets. Keep supply and return vents open and clear of furniture, and keep two feet of open space around the outdoor unit. After a storm, rake leaves and branches off the top of the unit.
